Accessible PDF Forms

There are two steps to creating accessible PDF forms with Adobe Acrobat 6 Professional. Read the Help menu in Adobe Acrobat for information specifc to the different types of form fields.

Step 1

  1. Create an accessible PDF document (from Word, PageMaker, etc.).
  2. Draw the necessary form fields on the PDF where you wish the user to enter the form informatiom.
  3. Add a description for the "ToolTip" that prompts the user as to what information to enter.
